That is an opportunity to reach up to 1100 new customers per production. We offer multiple options to suit your individual needs and budget.

Donating to CWP

As a relatively small, not for profit organization, Carrollwood Players does not have a large budget when it comes to putting shows together.

Therefore, we rely on the creativity of our production teams and the generosity of others to make our shows stand out.

If you have any items that you would be interested in donating to our theatre, we would love to hear from you.

Things we are always in need of or interested in finding:

Vintage clothing

Formal dresses and wedding gowns

Suits/Tuxedos

Furniture, especially chairs and loveseats

Unique home accessories

Scripts

The Carrollwood Players, Inc. is a not-for-profit Florida corporation organized under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Any gifts are tax deductible under this section.

SCHOLARSHIP

Harry Frain Memorial Scholarship

Every year Carrollwood Players is pleased to present a college-bound student who is pursuing a degree in a theatre related curriculum with a scholarship. The Harry Frain Memorial Scholarship is funded by donations made to the theatre during each season through special fundraising, and is named for one of Carrollwood Players' first and most prolific directors.

Scholarship Terms

In August of each year, Carrollwood Players, Inc. will grant a scholarship to a qualified student or students. At the Board's discretion, more than one scholarship may be awarded. The amount will be determined by availability of funds and Board discretion.

Criteria

In order to be considered, scholarship applicant will:

Submit the required application form by the June 15th deadline each year. Applications will be available on or before May 1st

Be pursuing a college degree (Associate, Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate) with a major or minor in a theater-related field of study

Provide proof of acceptance/enrollment

Have supported Carrollwood Players, Inc. by acting or being involved in the production aspect of at least three (3) prior Carrollwood Players productions within the past five (5) years

Submit a 250-word essay explaining why applicant is deserving of consideration

Maintain a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or equivalent and provides grades from previous semester

Membership Has Its Privileges!

For 30 years, Carrollwood Players Theatre has presented live theatre to the community. But every theatre needs members at all levels. If you like what you have seen on our stage before, remember that it takes support of our members to make live theatre happen. If you are not a member, please consider becoming one today, at any level. If you have any questions about membership, please contact us via email or at (813)265-4000.

Remember, members receive voting privileges, reserved seating, a quarterly newsletter and invitations to social events, like the Nancy Awards. Not to mention, you'll save a bunch of money! Join today!

Season tickets will be sold to individuals only, and tickets will be personalized with your name! Up to 3 admissions per season ticket may be used at any one time. Season tickets may not be used to attend musicals, youth performances, or special performances.

Discounted memberships for seniors, students, and military require ID. Seniors must be age 62 or older.

Individuals and corporations can also support the theater by sponsoring a show. Options are available to fit every budget.
